Memories into Watercolours
In this digital era, it seems many of our memories and pictures are stuck on our devices. I've been sad that some of these special images can only be enjoyed on my phone or my social feeds, so I've started taking time to do watercolour sketches of memories that are meaningful to me. Perhaps you’re interested in your own painted moments.
I am a firm believer that our lives would be richer and more vibrant if we took the time to slow down, observe, and appreciate the beautiful little moments that often pass us by. Maybe it's the afternoon sun shining into a favourite bedroom corner, or a bouquet from our wedding day; our baby's toes, or a cat curled up on the piano. It could be the front door of our first home, or our kid's first bike; our garden's first harvest, or a favourite view from a memorable holiday. There is so much beauty all around us.
I would be honoured if you took a few minutes to look through some of my favourite paintings I’ve done over the last few months.
